Information we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, details about your vents and flooring, any comments you provide, and the photos you upload. Basic technical information (such as your IP address) is processed by our hosting and spam-protection providers to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information only to review your project, prepare and send your quote, and communicate with you about it. Photos you upload are re-sized in your browser before sending, which also removes embedded location data from most images.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. It is processed by service providers that help us run the site and deliver your request — currently Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) and Resend (email delivery) — under their own privacy terms.

Retention
